Organized by the Karunya Sangha Vedi, Kochi, a lifestyle disease detection medical camp was conducted as part of healthcare initiatives for the people of the western region at the Mother of Health Church Hall, Saudi on 14th March 2026 from 6:45 AM to 10:00 AM.

The parish vicar, Father Tobias Thekkepalackal, inaugurated the camp. Karunya Sangha Vedi President Mr. P.T. Boniface presided over the function. Dr. Thomas Maliyekkal, retired Government Nursing Superintendent Mrs. Shirley Peter, retired Head Nurses Mrs. Helen Joy and Mrs. Juliet Antony, and Palliative Convenor Mrs. Joyce Antony led the camp.

Karunya Sangha Vedi General Secretary Mr. P.G. Lawrence distributed food kits, and Treasurer Mr. Sebastian Bernard distributed medical aid funds. Vice Presidents Mr. P.K. Natesan and Mrs. T.P. Sophia, Secretary Mrs. A.S. Ambili, Mrs. Missouri Sam, Mrs. Mary Philomina, Mrs. Jiji Jacob Mariyamma, Mrs. Seena Jolly, Mrs. Philomina Antony, Mrs. Chandini Ronald, and Mrs. Shalini Kunjumon also spoke on the occasion.
